Job Description:
We are seeking a highly professional, reliable, and organized Male Personal Assistant / Driver to provide comprehensive executive and logistical support to the Principal in Garki 2, Abuja. This hybrid role requires an individual who combines excellent, safety-conscious driving skills with strong administrative and organizational capabilities.
The ideal candidate must be intimately familiar with Abuja's road networks, possess a flawless driving record, and exhibit the discretion, time-management skills, and professionalism required to manage executive schedules and daily business errands.
Requirements:
1. Driving & Transportation Support
Executive Transit: Safely and punctually transport the Principal to corporate meetings, personal appointments, and official events.
Route Planning: Plan the most efficient travel routes utilizing deep knowledge of local Abuja roads, real-time traffic patterns, and digital navigation tools.
Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure the executive vehicle is kept meticulously clean (interior and exterior), consistently fueled, and regularly scheduled for routine servicing.
Safety Inspections: Conduct rigorous daily pre-trip vehicle inspections, including checking tire pressure, fluid levels, brakes, and electrical systems.
Regulatory Compliance: Maintain absolute compliance with all Federal Capital Territory (FCT) traffic laws, speed limits, and road safety regulations.
2. Personal Assistant & Administrative Duties
Errand Management: Efficiently execute sensitive business and personal errands, including banking transactions, secure document deliveries, and corporate shopping.
Calendar Coordination: Help manage schedules, coordinate incoming appointments, and provide timely reminders to the Principal regarding daily commitments.
Frontline Communication: Professionally handle phone calls, manage routine correspondence, and screen or greet visitors with a high degree of courtesy.
Office & Expense Support: Assist with basic administrative tasks, including precise tracking of daily expenses, organizing receipts, and updating vehicle/logbooks.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience: Proven experience working as an Executive Driver, Corporate Driver, or Personal Assistant to high-net-worth individuals or corporate executives.
Licensing: Must possess a valid Nigerian Driver’s License with an excellent, accident-free driving record.
Local Geography: Exceptional knowledge of Garki, Central Business District (CBD), Maitama, Asokoro, and the wider Abuja geography.
Core Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and time management.
Basic computer literacy (handling emails, digital calendars, and spreadsheets).
Attributes: High level of integrity, confidentiality, punctuality, and a polished, professional presentation.
