Job Description:
We are seeking a high-performing IT Manager to lead our technology department and fortify our digital infrastructure. In this role, you will be the primary architect of our IT strategy, ensuring that our systems are not only efficient and high-performing but also resilient against emerging cybersecurity threats.
As the IT lead, you will manage everything from enterprise-level network architecture and server maintenance to vendor negotiations and high-stakes project implementation. The ideal candidate possesses 5–8 years of experience, a deep understanding of data protection, and the leadership ability to align technology investments with our core business objectives.
Requirements:
1. Infrastructure & Systems Governance
System Architecture: Oversee the management, maintenance, and reliability of the organization’s networks, servers, and hardware.
Performance Excellence: Ensure high system availability and uptime through proactive monitoring, hardware upgrades, and seamless migrations.
Enterprise Software: Manage and optimize enterprise applications, databases, and software solutions to drive organizational productivity.
2. Cybersecurity & Business Continuity
Threat Mitigation: Develop and enforce rigorous IT security policies, monitoring systems for vulnerabilities and potential security breaches.
Data Protection: Implement robust backup protocols, disaster recovery plans, and business continuity strategies to safeguard organizational data.
Compliance & Access: Manage access controls and ensure information security remains compliant with global best practices and local regulatory requirements.
3. Strategic Leadership & Vendor Management
Project Management: Lead IT-related initiatives, including system implementations and infrastructure upgrades, from conception to final delivery.
Vendor & Budget Control: Manage relationships with IT service providers, negotiate high-value contracts, and oversee IT budgets and asset licensing.
Support Excellence: Direct IT helpdesk operations to ensure technical support requests are resolved with speed and professionalism.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience: 5–8 years of total IT experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
Certification: Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, Cisco (CCNA/CCNP), Microsoft (MCSE), or CompTIA (Security+) are highly advantageous.
Core Competencies
Technical Depth: Proven experience managing complex network infrastructures and enterprise-level systems.
Security Mindset: Strong expertise in cybersecurity protocols and data protection laws.
Project Leadership: Ability to manage multi-stakeholder IT projects with strict adherence to timelines and budgets.
