Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and technically sound Frontend Developer to lead the charge in building immersive, high-performance web applications. In this role, you will be the bridge between design vision and technical reality, transforming complex UI/UX wireframes into responsive, scalable, and user-centric interfaces.

As a core member of our development team, you will leverage Vue.js, Sass, and modern build tools to create web experiences that are as fast as they are visually stunning. We are looking for a developer who doesn't just "write code" but engineers interfaces with a deep understanding of browser performance, accessibility, and the latest Progressive Web App (PWA) standards.

Requirements:

1. Interface Engineering & UI/UX Fidelity

• Responsive Development: Build and maintain fluid, mobile-first web applications using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).

• Design Implementation: Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure the technical feasibility of designs, maintaining high fidelity from Figma/Adobe XD to the browser.

• Component-Based Architecture: Write clean, modular, and reusable Vue.js components to ensure the long-term maintainability of our codebase.

2. Optimization & Technical Performance

• Performance Tuning: Optimize web pages for maximum speed, scalability, and Core Web Vitals compliance.

• Build Orchestration: Manage the development lifecycle using build tools like Webpack or Gulp, and version control systems like Git.

• Modern CSS Workflows: Utilize Sass/Less for pre-processing and Bootstrap for rapid, consistent layout development.

3. PWA & Emerging Technologies

• Progressive Web Apps: Implement PWA best practices, including service workers, manifest files, and offline-first capabilities to enhance user engagement.

• Code Integrity: Participate in peer code reviews and maintain rigorous documentation to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

• Cross-Functional Synergy: Work closely with Backend Developers to integrate RESTful APIs and ensure seamless data flow between the server and the client.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in frontend web development.

• Framework Mastery: Proficiency in Vue.js (including Vuex/Pinia and Vue Router).

• Styling Expertise: Strong command of CSS3, Bootstrap, and Sass/Less.

• Education: A background in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field is preferred.

Core Competencies

• Technical IQ: Strong understanding of the Document Object Model (DOM) and browser rendering engines.

• PWA Knowledge: Practical experience in building and deploying Progressive Web Apps.

• Version Control: Expert use of Git for branching, merging, and pull requests.
