Job Description:
The summary of the role’s responsibility is as follows:
- Support General HR operations and staff documentation.
- Manage employee relations, workplace culture, diversity, inclusivity and employee engagement activities.
- Support the recruitment process for various vacant positions
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
- Maintain employee records for the organization, including employee database, remuneration, leave entitlements, end of service, health and medical insurance and other details etc.
- Process monthly payroll accurately using HR software
- Maintain accurate payroll records, employee data, deductions, bonuses and confidential information.
- Generate monthly and ad-hoc payroll reports for audit purposes.
- Respond promptly to employee inquiries on salary, deductions, and related matters.
- Stay up to date with labour laws, tax regulations, and statutory changes affecting payroll operations.
- Participate in payroll process improvement and system automation initiatives.
Requirements:
- Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 1 - 3 years experience.
