Job Description:

• Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, and succession planning.
• Employee Relations: Handle complex issues, conflict resolution, and maintain positive work environments.
• Organisational Development: Drive change, improve work relationships, and build organizational capability.
• Coaching & Guidance: Advise managers on HR policies, risk mitigation, and leadership.
• Data Alaytics: Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and inform decisions.
• Strategic Alignment: Partner with leadership to translate business objectives into people strategies.
• Contract Workers Management: Should be able to monitor the attendance of contract workers through biometric operations, and also resolve all issues

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of business functions, market trends, and financial impacts.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
• Deep knowledge of HR principles, laws, and best practic

Qualifications and Skills:

• B.Sc Degree in Economics or other Social sciences
• Must have 5-7 years of experience in HR operations
