Job Summary

The Business Manager for the HR Outsourcing Group will be responsible for driving business growth by sourcing and securing staff outsourcing opportunities while promoting the company's full suite of HR products and services.

The ideal candidate is smart, energetic, self-driven, and results-oriented, with strong networking abilities and a proven capacity to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and develop new business opportunities within the HR outsourcing market.

· Actively pursue and secure outsourcing contracts, placements, and project-based engagements.

· Market and sell the company's HR services and product offerings to new and existing clients.

· Build, manage, and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat patronage.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.

· 1-2 years of experience in business development, client relationship management, or HR outsourcing.

· Smart, energetic, and self-motivated.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Strong networking and relationship-building capability.

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

· Proven ability to meet or exceed business targets
