Job Description:
- As a Remote HR Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in human resource management while supporting day-to-day HR activities.
- This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in HR and gain international work experience with a U.S.-based organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes
- Assist with HR-related communications and reports
- Support performance tracking and employee engagement initiatives
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support scheduling of interviews and meetings
- Perform other HR administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 1 - 3 years experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and professional.
- Ability to work remotely and follow U.S. time zones
- Basic knowledge of HR principles is an advantage
