Job Description:

  • As a Remote HR Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in human resource management while supporting day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Assist with HR-related communications and reports
  • Support performance tracking and employee engagement initiatives
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Support scheduling of interviews and meetings
  • Perform other HR administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 1 - 3 years experience.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and professional.
  • Ability to work remotely and follow U.S. time zones
  • Basic knowledge of HR principles is an advantage
