Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Head of Operations to anchor the central engine of TOG Consults. In a specialized multi-sector landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the transaction and the precision of the supply chain success is defined by "Operational Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize end-to-end delivery with the clinical precision required for Partner Management (Telcos, Fuel Stations, Payment Processors), Customer Onboarding, and SOP Optimization. This role is designed for a "Systemic Architect", specifically a professional with 6 to 9 years of experience in Fintech or Logistics who can blend "Execution Grit" (building and scaling high-performance teams) with the "Strategic Agility" required to navigate startup or fast-growth environments.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Ecosystem Governance

• Sovereignty of Delivery: Own the end-to-end operational delivery with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Execution Excellence."

• Partner Architecture: Manage complex relationships with fuel stations, telcos, and payment processors, providing the "Structural Foundation" for cross-industry synergy.

• Integrity Stewardship: Oversee customer onboarding and issue resolution, ensuring the "Source of User Satisfaction" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Process Logic

• SOP Sovereignty: Design and optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), acting as the primary "Source of Workflow Stability."

• Scaling Architecture: Build and scale the operations team from the ground up, providing the "Functional Foundation" for institutional expansion.

• Service Stewardship: Drive high-speed service delivery models, maintaining the "Source of Operational Responsiveness."

3. Operational Integrity & Performance Power

• KPI Sovereignty: Track and improve operational metrics (TAT and CSAT), acting as the primary "Source of Strategic Insight."

• Execution Architecture: Maintain rigid execution discipline across all verticals, providing the "Relational Foundation" for project success.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize 6–9 years of Fintech/Logistics expertise to accelerate the "Onboarding-to-Resolution" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Operational Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience: 6 – 9 years of proven experience in Operations, Fintech, or Logistics.

• Environment: Direct experience in startups or fast-growth companies is highly preferred.

• Technical Power: Strong process design and disciplined execution capabilities.
