Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Chief Operating Officer (COO) to anchor the operational engine of ISN Medical. In a specialized healthcare landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the supply chain and the precision of regulatory compliance success is defined by "Operational Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize multi-functional units (Supply Chain, Sales Ops, and Customer Experience) with the clinical precision required for ISO 13485 Standards, OEM Partner Management, and Scalable Growth. This role is designed for a "Strategic Architect", specifically an executive with 14–20+ years of progressive leadership (including 8+ years at the Director/VP level) who can blend "Regulatory Grit" (ensuring full adherence to ISO and medical equipment standards) with the "Commercial Agility" required to drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and pricing optimization.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Supply Chain Governance

• Sovereignty of Flow: Oversee the end-to-end supply chain (Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics) with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Product Availability."

• Regulatory Architecture: Ensure total adherence to ISO 9001 and ISO 13485, providing the "Structural Foundation" for operational resilience in a regulated medical environment.

• Integrity Stewardship: Monitor and optimize inventory management and distribution efficiency, ensuring the "Source of Service Delivery" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Commercial Logic

• Execution Sovereignty: Translate corporate strategy into actionable operational plans, acting as the primary "Source of Strategic Realization."

• Margin Architecture: Partner with Sales leadership to drive revenue growth and pricing optimization, providing the "Functional Foundation" for margin improvement.

• Analytic Stewardship: Drive data-driven decision-making through operational dashboards and analytics, maintaining the "Source of Institutional Intelligence."

3. Operational Integrity & Leadership Power

• Capability Sovereignty: Build and lead high-performing, cross-functional teams, acting as the primary "Source of Leadership Development."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (2:1 or Upper Credit) in Business, Operations, Engineering, or Finance. (Master’s/MBA strongly preferred).

• Experience: 14 – 20+ years of leadership experience; 8+ years at Senior Executive level (Director/GM/VP).

• Sector Focus: Proven experience in Healthcare, Medical Diagnostics, or Pharma with direct OEM management.

• Technical Power: Mastery of ISO 13485, P&L management, and Digital Transformation.
