Job Description:

• Are you a results-driven professional with strong leadership and operational management experience? We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations, drive process efficiency, and ensure seamless coordination across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across departments
• Implement and enforce operational processes and SOPs
• Monitor KPIs and improve team performance
• Coordinate cross-functional activities and project execution
• Prepare operational reports and executive dashboards
• Supervise administrative, sales, and project coordination teams
• Ensure accountability, productivity, and operational excellence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Real Estate, or related fields
• 5–8 years’ experience in operations, project coordination, or business management
• Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in real estate, construction, or project-based industries is an added advantage
• Proficiency in project management and reporting tools.
