Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Head of Operations to anchor the central engine of our Ajah-based real estate firm. In a specialized property landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the transaction and the precision of the regulatory filing success is defined by "Operational Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize daily company activities with the clinical precision required for Policy Implementation, Performance Monitoring, and Stakeholder Coordination. This role is designed for an "Operational Architect", specifically a professional with at least 2 years of real estate management experience who can blend "Leadership Grit" (mentoring staff to maximize output) with the "Strategic Agility" required to collaborate with senior management on high-level company objectives.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Systemic Governance

• Operational Sovereignty: Oversee daily company activities across all departments with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Institutional Efficiency."

• Policy Architecture: Develop and implement rigid operational procedures, providing the "Structural Foundation" for scalable business growth.

• Integrity Stewardship: Ensure 100% compliance with Lagos State real estate regulations, ensuring the "Source of Legal Standing" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Human Capital Logic

• Leadership Sovereignty: Manage, mentor, and develop operational staff, acting as the primary "Source of Team Performance."

• Relationship Architecture: Coordinate with clients, vendors, and partners, providing the "Functional Foundation" for sustained commercial trust.

• Metric Stewardship: Monitor performance KPIs and drive continuous improvement, maintaining the "Source of Operational Excellence."

3. Operational Integrity & Decision Power

• Insight Sovereignty: Prepare detailed operational reports for senior management, acting as the primary "Source of Data-Driven Decision Making."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile
