Job Description:

• AlabaMarket.com is building the digital backbone of Alaba International Market, and we’re looking for someone who can take full control of daily operations and drive real execution across our content and field teams.
• This role is not about supervision, it’s about results. You will turn daily activities into a clear, structured system and ensure everything runs on time without excuses.
• You’ll coordinate field agents, a video editor, a graphic designer, and social media execution, making sure content moves smoothly from capture to editing to publishing without delays.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive daily task execution and ensure deadlines are met
• Build and manage a weekly content calendar
• Direct field agents on what to capture and ensure timely delivery
• Oversee the full content pipeline (field → editing → publishing)
• Maintain consistency in content output and scheduling
• Track performance and provide daily reports
• Identify and fix workflow bottlenecks quickly
