We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Group HR and Admin Manager to provide leadership and oversight for the Group’s Human Resources and Administrative function across all subsidiaries.
- We’reseeking a seasoned Group HR and Admin Manager to oversee the human resourcesand administrative functions across the group.
- The ideal candidate will develop and implement strategic HR initiatives, ensure compliance with labour laws, foster employee engagement, and support leadership in driving organisational growth and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with the group’s business objectives.
- Manage recruitment and selection processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and career development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws, health, safety, and company regulations.
- Design and manage compensation, benefits, and reward programs.
- Lead initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees across all subsidiaries.
- Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and succession planning exercises.
- Supervise administrative operations, including facilities management and general office services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree / HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, CIPD).
- Minimum of 10 years’ progressive experience in HR management, preferably within the oil and gas industry.
- Strong understanding of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Salary
