Job Description:
The Group Chief Operations Officer (COO) will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the operational efficiency of multiple subsidiaries, including Mshel Homes, Mshel Construction, Mshel Print, Mshel Information Technology, Blocks and Machinery, and Lisa Suites. This role calls for a strategic, results-driven leader with a proven history of managing diverse business functions and delivering operational excellence across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute operational strategies, plans, and procedures that drive growth, profitability, and sustainability across all group companies.
Set clear, measurable goals for performance and growth, ensuring alignment with the organization’s culture, vision, and strategic objectives.
Oversee daily operations across all business units, working closely with executives and senior management to align operational activities with overall business goals.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure optimal resource utilization and efficient service delivery.
Establish, monitor, and evaluate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each subsidiary, identifying performance gaps and implementing improvement strategies.
Standardize operational processes by introducing best practices and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency and consistency.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, internal policies, and quality standards across all operations.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability throughout the group.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
Proven track record in a Chief Operations Officer or senior operational leadership role, preferably within a multi-industry environment.
Strong strategic planning, analytical, and decision-making capabilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
Demonstrated expertise in driving change and leading large-scale operational transformation initiatives.
Familiarity with the real estate, construction, printing, information technology, and machinery sectors is an advantage.
Professional certification in operations management or a related field is preferred.
