Job Description:
- We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager to manage and grow the company’s online presence across social media platforms.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, interacting with followers, and analyzing performance metrics to improve brand visibility and audience engagement. Social media managers typically develop and implement social media strategies, manage content, and monitor engagement to help organizations grow their digital presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, plan, and publish engaging content across social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Develop and implement social media strategies that align with business goals.
- Manage daily activities on social media accounts and respond to messages or comments.
- Monitor trends and audience engagement to improve content performance.
- Track and analyze social media metrics and prepare performance reports.
- Collaborate with marketing or sales teams to maintain brand consistency.
- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: OND or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand.
- Good knowledge of major social media platforms and content creation.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and online audience engagement.
- Strong writing, communication, and creativity skills.
- Ability to create engaging content (text, images, and short videos).
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, or other social media scheduling tools.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
- Ability to follow social media trends and adapt content accordingly.
