Job Description:
We are seeking a poised, articulate, and highly professional Front Desk Officer to serve as the face of our organization in Ajah. This is a critical "First Impression" role that requires a unique blend of hospitality, administrative efficiency, and basic digital creativity.
The ideal candidate is a confident communicator who excels in client-care etiquette and remains patient under pressure. Beyond traditional reception duties, you will be expected to create simple, engaging content to enhance our client engagement. Proximity to Ajah is mandatory to ensure seamless shift transitions and operational reliability.
Requirements:
1. Client Experience & Front-of-House Management
Elite Guest Relations: Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring every visitor experiences "patient-friendly" and world-class client-care etiquette.
Communication Excellence: Manage a high-volume switchboard and official correspondence with absolute fluency and articulateness in English.
Shift Optimization: Manage front desk operations across different shifts, ensuring a seamless handover and consistent service quality.
2. Administrative & Content Support
Client Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client visits, appointments, and inquiries with high attention to detail.
Simple Content Creation: Assist in brand visibility by creating basic digital content (announcements, social media snippets, or newsletters) that reflects our professional tone.
Environment Governance: Ensure the reception and waiting areas are always pristine and welcoming.
3. Operational Coordination
Conflict Resolution: Handle client complaints or complex inquiries with patience and professional confidence.
Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate between clients and internal departments to ensure appointments and service requests are executed without delay.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Front Desk Officer or Receptionist.
Location: Must reside in Ajah, Lagos (applications from candidates outside this area will not be considered).
Core Competencies
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills; ability to write articulately.
Client Care: Strong "patient-friendly" orientation and professional etiquette.
Flexibility: Willingness to work different shifts as required.
