We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description:
- A reputable organization in the power and renewable energy sector is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director.
- The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks, coordinate operations-related activities, and ensure a smooth flow of information between the Managing Director and internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, integrity, commitment, diligence and a positive attitude are prioritized over formal qualifications.
Basic Responsibilities
- Provide executive administrative support to the MD
- Manage schedules, calendars, and meeting coordination
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting documentation
- Track action items and departmental follow-ups
- Handle correspondence and internal communications
- Conduct research and prepare executive briefs
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics
- Support project documentation, filing, and record-keeping
- Liaise with departments, vendors, and clients
- Ensure confidentiality and professional communication
- Support operational reporting and workflow efficiency
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration Management, or related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience in an Executive Assistant or administrative role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools
- Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- High level of integrity and professionalism
Technical Competencies:
- Advanced use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Calendar and schedule management systems
- Report writing and documentation preparation
- Data collection and research support
- Record-keeping and document management
- Travel and logistics coordination
- Project coordination and task tracking
