Job Description:
We are seeking a high-caliber Executive Assistant to provide strategic and administrative support to the CEO. This role is far more than traditional administration; you will be the "right hand" to the executive office, ensuring that the CEO’s priorities are executed seamlessly and that daily operations move with precision.
The ideal candidate is a proactive, solutions-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and can navigate high-stakes scenarios with absolute discretion. You will act as a critical bridge between the CEO, internal leadership, and external stakeholders, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism at all times.
Requirements:
Executive Support & Strategic Coordination
Priority Management: Take full ownership of the CEO’s calendar, ensuring that time is allocated to high-impact activities and long-term organizational goals.
Meeting Lifecycle: Coordinate high-level meetings, including agenda setting, meticulous minute-taking, and the tracking of action points to ensure accountability.
Project Support: Assist in the execution of key projects through targeted research, information synthesis, and progress tracking.
Travel & Protocol: Manage complex travel logistics and protocol for both local and international engagements.
Communication & Stakeholder Relations
Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO, facilitating smooth communication between internal departments and external partners.
Information Management: Prepare, review, and edit sophisticated correspondence, executive reports, and presentations.
Issue Escalation: Identify and escalate urgent operational challenges to the CEO in a timely, professional manner.
Governance & Confidentiality
Discretion: Handle sensitive organizational data and confidential information with a high level of integrity.
Office Administration: Optimize office workflows and support governance activities, ensuring all executive-level documentation is accurate and filed securely.
Professional Representation: Represent the CEO and the organization in external engagements when required, maintaining a polished and professional brand image.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role directly supporting senior leadership.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and modern collaboration tools.
