Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and safety-conscious Electrical Engineer to anchor the power infrastructure and plant operations at our Mowe-Ibafo facility. In a high-demand industrial environment, success is defined by "Power Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize complex electrical design with the clinical precision required for fault troubleshooting and preventative maintenance. This role is designed for a "Technical Architect" who can blend "Circuit Logic" with the "Operational Grit" required to manage the installation, commissioning, and optimization of heavy-duty electrical equipment.

Qualifications and Skills:
1. Infrastructure Design & Installation Governance
System Orchestration: Design and install robust electrical systems and equipment with millimetric precision, ensuring all setups meet the high-fidelity requirements of the plant's operational goals.
Commissioning Stewardship: Support the end-to-end installation and commissioning of new electrical assets, ensuring every unit is integrated seamlessly into the existing grid.
Performance Engineering: Monitor electrical system performance with clinical accuracy, identifying "Efficiency Gaps" and recommending technical improvements to optimize power consumption.
2. Maintenance Integrity & Diagnostic Mastery
Troubleshooting Sovereignty: Act as the lead diagnostic expert for electrical faults, identifying root causes rapidly to ensure timely repairs and zero-bottleneck production.
Preventative Maintenance (PM) Logic: Conduct rigorous routine inspections and PM cycles on all electrical equipment to prevent catastrophic failure and extend the lifecycle of the organization's assets.
Technical Synergy: Collaborate synchronously with other engineering and technician teams to ensure that electrical stability supports the overall flow of plant operations.
3. Safety Compliance & Documentation Excellence
Regulatory Fidelity: Ensure all electrical operations and installations strictly adhere to national safety standards and industrial regulations, maintaining a "Zero-Incident" environment.
Data Sovereignty: Maintain meticulous, audit-ready documentation of all electrical systems, maintenance activities, and repair logs.
Standardization Advocacy: Implement and enforce electrical safety protocols across the facility, serving as the "Guardian of Safety" for all power-related activities.
