Job Description:

We are seeking a visionary and highly analytical Director of Finance to serve as the chief architect of our financial strategy. In this role, you will do more than oversee accounts; you will drive the company’s long-term fiscal health, manage high-stakes investor relationships, and safeguard our assets through world-class internal controls.

As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will translate complex data into strategic forecasts that guide our expansion. The ideal candidate is a subject matter expert in corporate finance, possessing the leadership gravitas to supervise a multi-disciplinary finance team and the technical acumen to oversee complex IT financial systems (SAP). Requirements:

1. Strategic Financial Planning & Risk Management

• Performance Architecture: Drive the company’s financial planning by performing deep-dive analyses of performance metrics and potential fiscal risks.

• Proactive Governance: Maintain constant, real-time awareness of the company’s financial position, implementing preventative measures to safeguard against liquidity or market volatility.

• Forecasting & Modeling: Conduct advanced financial modeling to provide accurate forecasts and strategic recommendations to upper executives and the Board.

2. Capital Markets & Investor Relations

• Fundraising Strategy: Develop and execute the corporate fundraising strategy, identifying optimal capital structures to fuel growth.

• Stakeholder Management: Manage and nurture high-level relationships with institutional partners, banks, and private equity investors.

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure absolute adherence to financial laws, tax regulations, and international accounting best practices.

3. Operational Leadership & Systems Oversight

• Personnel Supervision: Set performance targets and provide leadership for all accounting and finance personnel, including management accountants and internal auditors.

• Systems Management: Oversee the implementation and optimization of the company’s finance IT systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) to ensure data integrity and automation.

• Internal Controls: Lead all audit operations and internal control frameworks to ensure a "zero-defect" financial environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.

• Certification: Professional designation (e.g., CFA, ACCA, ICAN, or CPA) is mandatory for this level of leadership.

• Experience: Extensive experience in senior financial management, with a proven track record in corporate fundraising and investor relations.
