We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• Be responsible for responding to, managing, and implementing all quality assurance and quality control issues.
• You will provide support to Group QAQC manager for implementing and overseeing quality assurance and quality control processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality outcomes in the various entity of the organization

Responsibilities
Quality Management System Organization:

• Prepare and develop procedures and standards for all the entities within the organization.
• Conducts and manages all quality audits (internal, 3rd party audits)
• Prepare and control of project quality system management documentation prior to project commencement.

Training on procedures / standards:

• Supplier QAQC / compliance. Ensuring that quality requirements are clearly specified to vendors and contractors.
• Attend client quality management meetings and coordinate all quality-related correspondence with the customer’s representatives.
• Continuous improvement initiative (lean six sigma methodology): Provide recommendations for process improvements to enhance overall quality.
• Conduct regulatory compliance.
• Manages the controls of amendments, revisions, and distribution of company QAQC documentation.
• Monitor all quality related activities on company projects including in-process and final product inspection.
• Review 3rd party inspection personnel qualifications and training requirements.
• Monitoring the status of monitoring and measurements equipment’s within the facility
• Tenders and Bids: Attend all pre-bid meetings and coordinate all project requirements with the project bidders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, or its equivalent in any discipline.
• ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor Certificate
• API Spec. Q1 practitioner training will be an added advantage
• At least 8 years experience as QA/QC Engineer
• Experience working within the Oil & Gas Sector will be considered an advantage.

Skills and Competencies:

• Proficient knowledge and experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control
• Knowledgeable in welding, NDT, AWS/ASME/ANSI Codes, or other industry codes and standard
• Have excellent communication skills
• Possess an excellent report writing skills
