Job Description:
- Apex Network is excited to welcome an enthusiastic and motivated Customer Relations and Transaction Officer at the entry level to join our dynamic team.
- In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support and assistance for their inquiries and transactions.
- Your primary responsibilities will include managing customer interactions, processing transactions accurately, and helping resolve any issues that may arise.
- You will receive comprehensive training to ensure you have the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in this position.
- By delivering exceptional customer service and support, you will help foster positive relationships with our clients, contributing to their overall satisfaction and loyalty to Apex Network.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business or related field.

- Basic understanding of transaction processing and related technologies.
