Job Description:
We are seeking an empathetic and solution-oriented Customer Service Officer to join our team in the Ogba-Ikeja/Berger axis. As the primary point of contact for our customers post-purchase, you will be the face of our commitment to quality and service excellence. Your role is to bridge the gap between customer concerns and resolution, ensuring that every inquiry, complaint, or feedback loop is handled with professionalism and efficiency. Requirements:
Support & Resolution: Act as the main point of contact for customers following their purchase, managing inquiries and resolving issues with a focus on high customer satisfaction.
Conflict Management: Navigate challenging customer complaints with patience and professionalism, ensuring concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
Documentation & Tracking: Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions, feedback, and resolution steps to support continuous service improvement.
Operational Liaison: Collaborate with internal departments to ensure that customer feedback is communicated effectively and reflected in our service delivery.
Quality Assurance: Uphold our service standards by providing consistent, clear, and helpful communication to every customer.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or after-sales support.
