You will be responsible for greeting patrons, taking orders, and providing exceptional service that keeps our customers returning. Requirements:

• Guest Engagement: Greet guests warmly upon arrival, escort them to tables, and provide a welcoming atmosphere.

• Order Management: Present menus, make informed recommendations, answer questions about ingredients/allergies, and accurately communicate order details to the kitchen staff.

• Service Excellence: Ensure prompt and courteous service throughout the dining experience—from drink refills and table check-ins to managing special requests.

• Operational Support: Process payments accurately, maintain a clean and organized dining area, and assist in restocking supplies as needed.

• Problem Resolution: Proactively address customer concerns or complaints with patience, empathy, and a solution-oriented mindset.

• Compliance: Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for all guests and staff.
