Job Description:
As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a vital role in creating memorable customer experiences, managing inquiries, supporting property transactions, and ensuring client satisfaction at every stage of their journey.
Requirements:
- Attend to client inquiries through phone calls, emails, social media, and walk - in visits.
- Provide accurate information about available properties, payment plans, and company services.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems.
- Coordinate property inspections, site visits, and client appointments.
- Follow up on leads, prospects, and existing clients.
- Collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare customer service reports and client feedback summaries.
