Job Description:

We are seeking a highly professional and customer-focused Online Customer Support Representative to join our team on a remote basis. In this role, you will be the primary voice of our brand across our digital platforms, specifically WhatsApp and Instagram. You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing orders with precision, and ensuring that every interaction results in a positive customer experience. Requirements:

  • Customer Engagement: Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, and other digital channels.

  • Order Management: Efficiently process customer orders from inquiry to fulfillment, ensuring accuracy at every stage.

  • Support Excellence: Deliver prompt, professional, and empathetic solutions to customer questions and issues.

  • Brand Representation: Maintain the company’s tone and service standards across all digital communication.

  • Documentation: Accurately record customer feedback and order details to ensure seamless internal operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of direct customer support experience.

  • Communication Skills:

    • Excellent written English is mandatory.

    • Strong, proven proficiency in WhatsApp and Instagram communication.

Salary

N200,000 / Month.
