Job Description:
- Pivotage Consulting on behalf of its client is seeking a highly motivated Company Secretary.
- The Company Secretary will serve as the principal governance, legal and compliance officer ensuring that the company operates in line with applicable laws, regulatory requirements, donor obligation and best practices corporate governance standard.
Requirements:
- Must be FEMALE for gender balance
- Must currently reside in FCT Abuja
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B)
- Call to the Nigerian Bar (BL) is mandatory
- Membership of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN) is an advantage
- Minimum of 8–10 years’ relevant experience in company secretarial, legal, or governance roles
- Demonstrated experience in the health sector, preferably in procurement, supply chains, or GPO-related operations
- Proven exposure to donor-funded programmes, development partners, or DFIs
- Experience working within or advising PPP or concession-based structures
- Experience supporting Boards, senior executives, or government-linked institutions.
