Job Description:
- Oversee and enhance the overall patient experience across all touch points.
- Lead and train the customer service team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and retention.
- Handle patient inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service improvements.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A patient-centric mindset with a commitment to excellence.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare or hospitality industry.
