We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

Job Description:

• Our client is seeking a highly experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee day-to-day operations, optimize processes, and drive organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure operational efficiency across departments.
• Develop and implement operational policies, systems, and processes.
• Work closely with executive leadership to drive business strategy.
• Monitor KPIs, performance metrics, and operational risks.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Optimize resource allocation and cost management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate governance standards.

Requirements:

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree and Master's Degree
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in senior operational leadership.
• Strong background in operations management and process optimization.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to scale operations and manage complex organizations.
• Strong financial and strategic acumen.
