Job Description:
We are seeking an ambitious and results-oriented Branch Manager to serve as the commercial engine for our operations in Lagos and Ogun. You will be the primary steward of our revenue growth, responsible for owning the full sales cycle—from prospecting to high-value conversion. As a leader, you will not just manage a branch; you will act as a commercial lead, identifying opportunities to expand our financial footprint through strategic upselling and cross-selling across our SME and core product portfolios. Requirements:
Commercial Leadership: Act as the commercial lead for key clients, positioning CitygateGlobal as their primary financial partner and strengthening long-term client value.
Revenue Growth: Drive aggressive revenue expansion within existing accounts through structured upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
Full-Cycle Sales Management: Own the end-to-end sales process—source, qualify, negotiate, and convert demand into realized revenue across our SME and product lines.
Strategic Execution: Develop and deliver a clear commercial growth strategy covering acquisition, retention, and expansion. Translate this strategy into daily execution by driving high-quality pipeline generation.
Risk & Retention: Proactively identify churn risks and take decisive action to protect the company's revenue base.
Performance Accountability: Be directly accountable for total revenue performance. You will be measured on your ability to hit targets, convert leads, and maintain consistent growth.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience: Proven track record in banking, microfinance, or financial services sales management.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead branch operations and drive high-performance sales culture.
