Job Description:

We are seeking a highly strategic and results-oriented Business Manager to provide overarching leadership for our diverse portfolio, spanning Real Estate, Financial Services, Loans, and Investment management. You will be the primary architect of our growth, tasked with streamlining operations across multiple business units, driving aggressive revenue expansion, and ensuring absolute regulatory compliance. Requirements:

• Strategic Leadership: Oversee daily operations and implement robust business strategies to drive revenue, profitability, and market expansion.

• Portfolio Oversight:

  • Financial Services: Supervise loan portfolio management—from disbursement and risk assessment to proactive recovery strategies.

  • Investments: Manage investment activities to maximize returns while maintaining a prudent risk profile.

• Business Development: Proactively identify and secure new client acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and growth opportunities.

• Financial Stewardship: Monitor consolidated budgets, cash flow, and financial performance across all units; provide strategic forecasts and reporting to management.

• Operational Excellence: Drive cost optimization, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Compliance & Governance: Ensure all business activities adhere to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal corporate governance.

• Stakeholder & Team Management: Build strong relationships with investors, clients, and regulators; mentor and develop high-performing teams to achieve shared objectives.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or professional certifications are a significant advantage.

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience, with a strong preference for candidates with a track record in the finance sector.
