Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Call Verification Officer (CVO) to anchor the risk-management engine of our organization. In a specialized operational landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the onboarding and the precision of the verification success is defined by "Data Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize outbound communication with the clinical precision required for Document Validation, Prequalification, and Compliance Monitoring. This role is designed for a "Verification Architect" who can blend "Relational Grit" (maintaining professionalism during high-volume calls) with the "Analytical Agility" required to identify discrepancies and red flags in real-time.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Verification Governance

• Verification Sovereignty: Conduct outbound calls to validate customer information and documentation with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Identity Truth."

• Prequalification Architecture: Perform rigorous eligibility checks based on defined criteria, providing the "Structural Foundation" for a high-quality customer base.

• Integrity Stewardship: Escalate discrepancies or "Red Flags" identified during calls, ensuring the "Source of Institutional Safety" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Documentation Logic

• Reporting Sovereignty: Accurately document all call outcomes and responses within the system, acting as the primary "Source of Audit-Ready Data."

• Support Architecture: Assist in the end-to-end onboarding process, providing the "Functional Foundation" for a seamless customer experience.

• Professionalism Stewardship: Maintain a high level of customer service during every interaction, maintaining the "Source of Brand Reputation."

3. Operational Integrity & Systems Power

• Hybrid Sovereignty: Successfully manage verification tasks in a flexible work environment, acting as the primary "Source of Remote Efficiency."

• Technical Architecture: Utilize CRM tools and MS Office to manage large datasets of customer leads, providing the "Relational Foundation" for data-driven operations.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize prior call center or verification experience to accelerate the prequalification cycle, maximizing the "Source of Onboarding Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Experience: Prior experience in Customer Service, Call Center Operations, or Verification is an added advantage.

• Technical Power: Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM Tools).

• Environment: Ability to work effectively in a Hybrid (Remote/On-site) environment.

• Communication: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
