Job Description:
- As Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in driving growth across our diverse sectors.
- You will identify opportunities, forge partnerships, promote our solutions, and expand our footprint in Africa’s most promising markets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans tailored to the Group’s core sectors (e.g., Clean Energy, Real Estate, Finance, Consulting).
- Identify and engage potential partners, clients, and markets across targeted regions.
- Create and present compelling business proposals, pitches, and value propositions.
- Collaborate with subsidiary teams to design and launch innovative products and cross-sector offerings.
- Build and nurture high-value relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities in key sectors.
- Drive revenue generation and support the achievement of business targets.
- Support refinement of business policies, processes, and marketing strategies.
- Assist with content review for social media and external communications.
Requirements:
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in business development, sales, or related roles—preferably within consulting, finance, real estate, or clean energy sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic business growth initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, presentation, and proposal development capabilities.
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Experience building relationships and working within a multi-sector environment.
- Familiarity with Africa’s evolving business and sustainability landscape is a plus.
