Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Branch Manager to lead our operations in Ojodu Berger. As the face of our company in this strategic location, you will have full accountability for the branch’s success, overseeing everything from sales performance and operational efficiency to team development and customer satisfaction. This is an ideal role for an ambitious leader who can balance high-level strategic planning with hands-on daily management. Requirements:
Holistic Branch Oversight: Direct all operational aspects, including distribution, administration, HR, and sales. Ensure every department functions as a cohesive unit.
Strategic Growth: Analyze local market conditions to identify new sales opportunities. Develop robust business plans, financial forecasts, and revenue objectives to ensure the branch consistently meets or exceeds targets.
Team Leadership: Cultivate a high-performance culture through active coaching, training, and development. Bring out the best in your personnel to achieve collective and individual excellence.
Operational Excellence: Locate bottlenecks and areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions that leverage growth and solve operational challenges.
Knowledge Exchange: Act as a conduit for success by sharing competitive intelligence and effective best practices with other branches and the corporate headquarters.
Brand Ambassadorship: Network aggressively to improve the branch’s reputation. Ensure the business adheres to the highest ethical standards and all applicable regulatory laws.
Customer & Employee Advocacy: Maintain a finger on the pulse of the branch by addressing customer concerns and employee satisfaction issues promptly and fairly.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: BS in Business Administration or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in a management role with a strong understanding of modern management techniques and industry-specific best practices.
Salary
