We are seeking a charismatic and operationally disciplined Hotel Front Office Manager to lead our guest services team in Abuja. You will be the first and last impression of our hotel, responsible for orchestrating seamless check-in/out experiences, managing reservations, and ensuring our guests receive unparalleled service. Requirements:
Front Office Leadership: Manage the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring a welcoming, professional, and efficient arrival and departure experience for all guests.
Team Supervision: Lead, train, and mentor front desk staff. Manage shift schedules, performance, and grooming standards to ensure a cohesive and high-performing team.
Guest Experience Management: Anticipate guest needs, resolve complaints with grace and speed, and proactively manage guest feedback to consistently improve service ratings.
Reservation & Revenue Support: Monitor room inventory, manage room blocks, and collaborate with the sales/revenue team to optimize occupancy and guest satisfaction.
Operational Reporting: Oversee daily night audits, manage billing accuracy, and ensure all front-office financial reporting is completed with precision.
Safety & Security: Ensure all front-office staff are trained in emergency procedures and hotel security protocols to guarantee guest safety.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 1–5 years of professional experience in a similar front office or supervisory role. Experience specifically within the hospitality industry is strongly preferred.
