Job Description:
- Assist the HSE Manager in the development and implementation of safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Identify and assess potential hazards in the workplace and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop and deliver training programs related to health, safety, and environmental practices.
- Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics and recommend improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering or a related field.
- At least 5years of experience in a health, safety, and environmental role, preferably in the Food & Beverages industry.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to conduct training sessions and workshops effectively.
- Proficient in risk assessment techniques and hazard identification.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
