We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description:
- As a Talent Development Partner at Coca-Cola HBC, you will play a pivotal role in shaping a high-performance, future-ready organization.
- You will drive the talent agenda by co-creating and executing development strategies, accelerating the growth of top talent, and building a strong internal pipeline for critical roles.
- This role requires close collaboration with HR Business Partners and senior leaders to embed a culture of continuous learning and leadership excellence.
Responsibilities
- Co-create and implement the country-level Talent Development strategy aligned with business goals and future capability needs.
- Strengthen the talent mindset across the organisation through targeted initiatives, coaching, and capability-building for HRBPs and business leaders.
- Lead functional Talent Reviews and Mid-Year Reviews (MYRs), ensuring follow-through on succession and development actions.
- Drive the rollout of flagship programs such as Fast Forward (FFWD1 & 2), Hidden Gems, Management Trainee, and Early Talent initiatives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to HRBPs and line managers, supporting succession planning, IDP quality, and talent mobility.
- Use talent analytics to track progress, identify gaps, and recommend data-driven actions.
- Continuously scan internal and external best practices to ensure Coca-Cola HBC remains at the forefront of talent development.

- Successors for critical leadership roles (R1/R2)
- Top talents at First Line Leader (FLL) and Professional levels
- Internal appointments and mobility.
Requirements:
- You have 4–6 years of experience in Talent, HR, or Organizational Development, with a relevant degree.
- You have a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change through insight and partnership.
- You are experienced in designing and delivering impactful talent programs.
- You are a strong coach and developer of others across all levels.
- You understand how talent strategy connects to business performance.
- You are passionate about learning, staying ahead of trends, and applying fresh thinking to talent challenges.
- You have experience working in complex matrix or multinational organisations, implementing internal talent development initiatives.
- You are committed to building internal capability and succession pipelines.
