Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and detail-oriented Store Keeper to anchor the material engine of our Abuja-based automotive operations. In the specialized landscape of modern vehicle maintenance, success is defined by "Inventory Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize high-volume parts supplies with the clinical precision required for Digital Record-Keeping, Technician Support, and Stock Fidelity. This role is designed for a "Material Architect" with at least 2–5 years of experience who can blend "Operational Grit" (inspecting incoming parts and handling safety protocols) with the "Strategic Agility" required to manage Excel-based tracking and inventory mobile apps.
Requirements:
1. Material Orchestration & Asset Governance
Inventory Sovereignty: Receive, inspect, and properly store automotive parts with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Asset Integrity."
Digital Architecture: Maintain accurate records using inventory management software and Excel, providing the "Structural Foundation" for data-driven stock oversight.
Safety Stewardship: Ensure proper labeling and adherence to safety protocols within the store area, ensuring the "Source of Workplace Security" is elite.
2. Tactical Resilience & Workshop Logic
Issuance Sovereignty: Track tool and material usage by technicians in real-time, acting as the primary "Source of Resource Accountability."
Audit Architecture: Conduct regular stock audits and report discrepancies promptly, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for loss prevention.
Supply Stewardship: Coordinate with suppliers and monitor stock levels to prepare timely reorders, maintaining the "Source of Operational Readiness."
3. Reporting Integrity & Performance Power
Visibility Sovereignty: Provide periodic reports to management on inventory status and store activities, acting as the primary "Source of Financial Transparency."
Consumable Architecture: Track the monthly usage of high-velocity items like engine oil and brake pads, providing the "Visual Foundation" for cost-optimization.
Velocity Logic: Utilize Digital Literacy and Multitasking Skills to ensure a smooth workflow between the store and the workshop, maximizing the "Source of Service Velocity."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Experience: Minimum of 2–5 years of proven experience as a Store Keeper or Inventory Officer.
Location Scope: Must reside in Abuja (mandatory requirement).
Tech Mastery: Ability to use Excel, Inventory Management Tools, and Mobile Apps.
