We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Spa Therapist to join our elite wellness team. This role is designed for a dedicated practitioner who views massage therapy as a vital component of holistic health. You will be responsible for delivering a wide range of therapeutic and relaxation treatments, tailored specifically to each client’s physical needs and stress-management goals.

As a Spa Therapist, you are more than a service provider; you are a wellness guide. You will manage the entire client experience—from the initial medical history assessment to the execution of advanced techniques and post-treatment care education. Requirements:

1. Therapeutic Excellence & Technique Mastery

• Multimodal Therapy: Perform professional sessions across various modalities, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Aromatherapy, Hot Stone, and Reflexology.

• Clinical Assessment: Conduct thorough intake assessments, reviewing medical history and physical conditions to ensure the safety and efficacy of the chosen treatment.

• Treatment Planning: Develop customized treatment plans that address specific client concerns such as chronic pain, stress, or sports-related tension.

2. Client Journey & Wellness Education

• Holistic Guidance: Educate clients on post-session care, including specific stretching routines, hydration, and long-term relaxation techniques to enhance the benefits of the treatment.

• Retention & Advocacy: Maintain detailed client records and progress notes, ensuring a personalized experience during follow-up visits.

• Membership Promotion: Proactively identify opportunities to recommend wellness memberships or retail products that support the client's health journey.

3. Operational Standards & Hygiene

• Sanitation Governance: Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation, ensuring all treatment rooms, linens, and tools (such as hot stones) are sterilized according to company protocols.

• Schedule Management: Maintain a disciplined appointment schedule, ensuring every session begins and ends on time to provide a seamless experience for all guests.

• Professional Boundary: Ensure absolute confidentiality and maintain strict professional boundaries, fostering a safe and welcoming environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Expertise: Proven ability to perform multiple massage styles (Deep Tissue and Hot Stone experience is highly valued).

• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills to build rapport with a diverse clientele.

• Physical Stamina: Must be physically fit and capable of performing manual therapy for extended periods.

• Location: Candidates must reside within or near Ikeja, Lagos to ensure punctuality and ease of commute.
