Job Description:

• The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations to ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
• Supervise and manage restaurant staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service in line with company policies and health regulations.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement.
• Prepare and present operational reports to management.
• Develop and implement policies that improve productivity and staff engagement.
• Ensure strict compliance with food safety, HACCP standards, sanitation, and hygiene regulations.
• Handle customer feedback professionally to maintain a positive brand image.
• Work with management to develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.
• Experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant settings is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory management, and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and restaurant POS systems.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of HACCP standards and implementation.
