Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and analytically elite Software Tester to anchor the quality engine of Uptitek’s technology team. In the specialized landscape of digital problem-solving, success is defined by "Digital Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize complex code with the clinical precision required for Regression Testing, Bug Documentation, and Performance Validation. This role is designed for a "Fidelity Architect" who can blend "Analytical Grit" (executing test cases and scenarios) with the "User-Centric Agility" required to ensure web and mobile applications are reliable, user-friendly, and meet industry standards before deployment.

Requirements:

1. Integrity Orchestration & Testing Governance

• Validation Sovereignty: Test web and mobile applications for functionality and performance with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Product Reliability."

• Scenario Architecture: Execute test cases based on rigorous product requirements, providing the "Structural Foundation" for high-quality software delivery.

• Regression Stewardship: Perform comprehensive regression testing after fixes are implemented, ensuring the "Source of System Stability" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Documentation Logic

• Bug Sovereignty: Identify and document bugs in a clear, structured manner, acting as the primary "Source of Issue Resolution."

• Collaboration Architecture: Partner with developers and product teams to resolve technical friction, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for streamlined deployment cycles.

• UX Stewardship: Provide actionable feedback to improve user experience, maintaining the "Source of Product Usability."

3. Professional Integrity & Performance Power

• Deployment Sovereignty: Ensure all applications meet high-fidelity quality standards before release, acting as the primary "Source of Release Confidence."
