Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Fullstack Engineer to build robust, scalable applications from end to end. This role is designed for a developer who thrives on versatility—someone who is equally comfortable crafting intuitive, high-performance user interfaces as they are designing efficient backend systems and database schemas. You will play a pivotal role in the entire development lifecycle, from initial architectural concepts to the deployment of seamless user experiences.

Requirements:

Feature Development & Maintenance

• End-to-End Ownership: Develop and maintain full-stack features, ensuring a cohesive integration between the frontend and backend.

• Product Innovation: Build and launch new features that drive user engagement and meet strategic product goals.

• Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in existing systems and implement optimizations to improve performance and reliability.

Architecture & System Design

• Technical Roadmap: Contribute to architectural decisions that define the scalability and future-proofing of our products.

• Pattern Implementation: Apply industry best practices for system architecture and scalability patterns to handle growing user demands.

• Database Management: Design and maintain efficient schemas and queries to ensure data integrity and speed.

Code Quality & Collaboration

• Excellence: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that follows modern engineering standards.

• Peer Review: Collaborate with the engineering team to conduct code reviews and foster a culture of technical excellence.

• Problem Solving: Break down complex business requirements into elegant, modular technical solutions.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience

• Seniority: 2+ years of professional experience in full-stack development or a closely related role.

Frontend Expertise

• Modern Web: Strong proficiency in ReactJS and Next.js for building responsive, server-side rendered, and highly interactive web applications.

Backend & Database Skills

• Runtime: Solid experience with Node.js.

• Database & Querying: Proficiency in MySQL and experience using the Knex query builder for structured data management.

• Python: Working knowledge of Python for backend development and script automation.
