We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• In this role, you'll lead the planning and execution of impactful social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and Snapchat.
• You'll collaborate with content creators, drive audience engagement, and run targeted ad campaigns to boost visibility and conversions.
• While you won't be handling photography or videography, your creative direction will shape our digital storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-platform social strategies.
• Plan and manage content calendars in collaboration with creators.
• Drive community engagement and respond to followers.
• Analyze performance metrics and report insights.
• Run paid campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and sales.
• Ensure brand voice and consistency across all platforms.

Requirements:

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications in a related field with experience.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in social media management (Real Estate or Hospitality preferred).
• Proven track record of growing social presence and driving results.
• Strong copywriting, planning, and analytical skills.
• Ability to create graphic content using tools like AI, Canva, Photoshop, etc.
• Proficiency in scheduling, SEO, and analytics tools.
• Self-starter with excellent communication and time management.
