Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Service Center Warehouse Officer to serve as the custodian of our stock and the engine of our daily operations. In a service center environment, the availability of parts and products is critical; your role is to ensure that inventory is perfectly accounted for, stored safely, and moved swiftly. If you are a disciplined professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a "zero-error" mindset regarding stock records, we want you to manage our logistics flow.
Requirements:
1. Precision Inventory Control
Real-Time Tracking: Oversee daily stock levels and maintain meticulous records using both digital systems and manual bin cards/ledgers.
Audit Readiness: Lead regular physical and cycle counts to ensure 100% reconciliation between physical stock and system records.
Discrepancy Resolution: Identify and resolve any stock variances immediately to maintain data integrity.
2. Receiving & Dispatch Governance
Quality Assurance: Supervise all incoming deliveries, verifying quality and quantity against purchase orders before formal acceptance.
Logistics Coordination: Organize goods for efficient storage and shipment, ensuring that dispatch processes are accurate and meet service timelines.
Supply Chain Liaison: Work closely with sales, logistics, and suppliers to ensure a seamless flow of materials into and out of the center.
3. Operational Excellence & Safety
Space Optimization: Maintain an organized warehouse layout (Slotting) to maximize storage capacity and ease of retrieval.
Safety Stewardship: Enforce strict compliance with safety standards, ensuring a clean, hazard-free environment and functional equipment.
Reporting: Prepare regular status reports for management regarding stock movement, potential shortages, or damaged goods.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Background
Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma or OND; higher qualifications are a plus.
Experience: Proven experience in stock or warehouse management, preferably in a service or retail environment.
Tech Literacy: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel is essential) and experience with inventory management software or ERPs.

Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills to navigate inventory discrepancies and logistics bottlenecks.
Physical Stamina: Ability to operate in a physically demanding environment that requires multitasking and endurance.
