Job Description:

We are seeking a strategic Senior Project Manager to lead the execution of our most complex technology initiatives. You will serve as the engine of our delivery process, bridging the gap between business objectives and technical implementation. The ideal candidate will be a decisive leader, a master communicator, and a disciplined operator who ensures that every project not only crosses the finish line but delivers significant measurable value.

Requirements:

• End-to-End Delivery: Own the project lifecycle from initial concept and scoping through to final closure and post-implementation review.

• Strategic Planning: Define project scope, establish clear success metrics, and create detailed execution roadmaps.

• Team & Vendor Orchestration: Lead cross-functional teams and manage relationships with external vendors to ensure seamless integration and output.

• Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify project dependencies, risks, and roadblocks, implementing mitigation strategies before they impact timelines or budgets.

• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for senior leadership, providing transparent, data-driven updates on project health, milestones, and challenges.

• Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve our delivery frameworks to increase team velocity and quality.

• Governance: Ensure all projects remain compliant with organizational standards, security policies, and industry best practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

• Total Experience: 8–10 years.

• Management Experience: Minimum of 6 years in project management, with at least 3 years in a senior-level capacity managing large-scale or multi-team projects.

• Methodology Expertise: Deep knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.

• Technical Proficiency: Advanced usage of project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or Asana.

• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is highly preferred and considered a significant advantage.
