We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• We are currently seeking a seasoned and strategic Senior Account Director to lead major client portfolios, drive business growth, and inspire high-performing teams.
• The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership experience, commercial awareness, and a proven ability to manage large-scale accounts within a dynamic agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a portfolio of major client accounts, ensuring growth and retention
• Develop and execute account strategies, campaigns, and activations aligned with client objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
• Lead, mentor, and develop account management teams
• Collaborate with creative, media, and production teams to deliver exceptional work
• Drive new business pitches and contribute to agency growth
• Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in advertising with strong account management background
• Proven experience managing large-scale accounts and delivering business growth
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and budgets
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and integrated campaigns
• Experience across traditional and digital media channels.
