Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to anchor the administrative operations of our executive team. In a modern corporate environment, success is defined by "Operational Synchronization", the ability to leverage both traditional organizational skills and cutting-edge AI tools to maximize executive productivity. This role is designed for a "Strategic Gatekeeper" who can blend "Communication Mastery" with the technical agility required to manage complex schedules, logistics, and confidential correspondence.
Your mission is to ensure "Zero-Friction Executive Workflow and Professional Representation." You will be the primary engine of the executive office: responsible for calendar governance, professional reporting, and seamless office logistics. If you possess "Proactive Intuition," a mastery of Microsoft Office, and the reliability required to handle sensitive information, we want you to drive our administrative excellence.
Requirements:
1. Executive Governance & Calendar Mastery
Priority Architecture: Manage high-level executive schedules and appointments, ensuring the leadership team is focused on strategic priorities without administrative distractions.
Global & Local Logistics: Coordinate comprehensive travel arrangements and office logistics, ensuring all movements are friction-free and well-documented.
Meeting Orchestration: Prepare professional presentations, reports, and meticulous meeting minutes that capture actionable insights for the executive team.
2. Digital Agility & Communication
Correspondence Stewardship: Handle professional calls, emails, and physical correspondence with a high degree of clarity and diplomatic poise.
AI Tool Integration: Utilize modern AI tools to streamline research, draft content, and optimize repetitive administrative tasks for increased efficiency.
Microsoft Suite Mastery: Leverage Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to create structured, data-driven reports and visually compelling presentations.
3. Operational Integrity & Discretion
Confidentiality Management: Handle sensitive corporate data and executive affairs with the highest level of professional discretion and reliability.
Proactive Problem-Solving: Identify potential logistical or scheduling conflicts before they occur, implementing rapid-response solutions to maintain operational flow.

Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Candidates should possess an SSCE, OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
Location: Must reside close to the Ojodu Berger axis, Lagos for operational responsiveness and proximity.
Technical Mastery: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a good grasp of modern AI productivity tools.
