Job Description:
We are seeking a highly articulate and organized Admin / Logistics Manager to anchor our operations in Lekki Phase 1. In the high-end creative and fashion industry, success is defined by "Operational Fluidity", the ability to bridge the gap between back-office administration and the fast-paced world of production and styling. This role is designed for a "Creative Operator" who can blend "Logistical Grit" with the aesthetic sensibility required to support fittings, shoots, and brand exhibitions.
Your mission is to ensure "Zero-Friction Order Fulfillment and Seamless Brand Presence." You will be the primary steward of our workflow: responsible for client order processing, vendor diplomacy, and the logistical coordination of dress preparations and styling. If you possess "Executive Intuition," exceptional English communication skills, and the agility to support social media content creation, we want you to drive our organizational excellence.
Requirements:
1. Logistics & Production Orchestration
Order Governance: Manage the end-to-end processing of client orders, ensuring timely delivery even in the absence of the CEO.
Supply Chain Stewardship: Coordinate the movement of products and manage delivery schedules, alongside overseeing the procurement of office supplies.
Production Support: Oversee the logistical details of dress preparation and styling coordination, ensuring all creative assets are ready for fittings and exhibitions.
2. Executive Support & Brand Diplomacy
Strategic Gatekeeping: Manage the CEO’s complex schedule, appointments, and correspondence, acting as a reliable proxy for management when assigned tasks.
Stakeholder Relations: Liaise professionally with high-value clients, partners, and creative vendors to maintain a premium brand image.
Confidentiality Management: Uphold the absolute integrity of brand information, customer data, and internal sensitive operations.
3. Creative Integration & Media Support
Content Collaboration: Work closely with the Social Media Manager to capture behind-the-scenes videos and pictures, ensuring the brand's digital presence remains dynamic.
Exhibition Logistics: Provide on-site support for fittings, photoshoots, and brand exhibitions, ensuring all physical assets and documentation are organized.
Reporting Velocity: Keep management updated on all operational activities through clear, confident, and articulated reporting.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Experience: Proven experience in Office Administration, Logistics, or Executive Support, preferably within the Fashion, Lifestyle, or Creative industries.
Communication Mastery: Exceptional written and spoken English skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and confidently.
Agility: The ability to handle both professional administrative tasks and personal tasks assigned by management.
Core Competencies
Operational Grit: Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously in Lekki's fast-paced environment.
Technical Savvy: Proficiency in managing digital records, creative assets, and basic mobile photography/videography for social media.
