Job Description:

We are seeking a highly professional and seasoned Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to our executive team. In this role, you will be much more than an administrative assistant; you will act as a critical liaison between leadership and key stakeholders, ensuring that the executive office operates with maximum efficiency. You will manage complex calendars, oversee office operations, and provide high-level project support in a fast-paced corporate environment.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a University Degree and a proven track record of managing internal and external relationships with poise and precision.

Requirements:

Executive Support & Coordination

  • Calendar Management: Proactively organize and maintain executives’ schedules, including the coordination of high-priority appointments, internal meetings, and complex travel arrangements.

  • Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between executives and stakeholders, managing all incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professional discretion.

  • Meeting Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of corporate meetings, from preparing agendas and organizing logistics to taking minutes and rigorously following up on action items.

Documentation & Project Support

  • High-Level Reporting: Prepare, edit, and manage sophisticated reports and presentations. You will utilize advanced PowerPoint skills to create impactful visual documents for executive review.

  • Project Coordination: Assist with special projects and strategic initiatives, coordinating the necessary logistics and resources to ensure successful delivery.

  • Information Management: Maintain meticulous digital and physical filing systems, ensuring that records are organized and easily accessible for decision-making.

Office & Operations Management

  • Administrative Oversight: Ensure the office environment is organized, professional, and well-supplied.

  • Workflow Efficiency: Delegate administrative duties where appropriate and collaborate across departments to streamline office processes.

  • Issue Resolution: Utilize your analytical skills to resolve internal or customer-related issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: A University Degree from a recognized institution.

  • Experience:

    • 3–5 years of relevant experience in an executive secretarial or senior administrative role.

    • Proven experience in conflict resolution and managing diverse stakeholder interests.

  • Technical Mastery:

    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and especially PowerPoint).

    • The ability to quickly master firm-specific software and digital project management tools.

  • Core Competencies:

    • Communication Excellence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a flair for professional presentation.

    • Organizational Prowess: Impeccable multitasking abilities and strong project management skills.

₦120,000 - ₦150,000/month
