Job Description:
We are seeking a high-energy and focused Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our senior leadership team. You will act as a primary point of contact and a strategic partner, ensuring that daily operations, scheduling, and project tasks are executed with precision.

Requirements:
Administrative Operations
Calendar Management: Coordinate complex schedules, ensuring the executive’s time is aligned with high-priority business targets.
Correspondence: Manage incoming communications, prioritizing urgent matters and drafting professional responses on behalf of the executive.
Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare for board meetings, internal briefings, and external partner sessions, ensuring all agendas and materials are ready in advance.
Strategic Support & Training
Target Alignment: Work with a results-oriented approach to ensure all administrative tasks contribute to the overarching goals of the leadership team.
Professional Development: Participate in intensive on-the-job training to master internal processes, executive communication styles, and specialized software.
Project Tracking: Monitor the progress of key initiatives and follow up with departmental heads to ensure deadlines are met.
Information Management
Reporting: Prepare data-backed reports and presentations to support the executive in decision-making.
Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of discretion when handling sensitive corporate information and strategic plans.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Must be a Graduate (BSc/HND) from a recognized institution.
Mindset:
Target-Oriented: A clear focus on achieving results and meeting deadlines.
Teachable: A strong willingness to undergo rigorous training and adapt to the specific operational standards of the organization.
Skills:
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
